Audiovisual equipment and materials must
be booked a minimum of 2 business days in advance of your showing. When booking
videos from another campus, please allow adequate delivery time.
Booking requests are confirmed only upon
receipt of an e-mail from Media Services.
You can use this form to book up to 3
pieces of equipment for an event or a single class or for a series of
consecutive classes (same day of the week, same time) to a maximum of 15 weeks
or to the end of the semester.
You may request videos by listing titles
and dates required in the Comments section of the form.
